In the Philippines we start Christmas Carols and decorations in September. (Such things begin with the "...ber" months.) So it's fun to see the Halloween decorations next to the Christmas trees and the "Sleigh Bells Ringing" musical background. This is something they should adopt for the US of A. We could use more "...ber" month parties.
